The hosts Australia will face the men of Pakistan and the women of India for the opening matches of the 20 World Cups of the World in 2020, organizers said on Tuesday when the tournament draw was announced.
The T20 World Cups take place in the same year and in the same country for the first time, and the men’s and women’s finals will be played in one of the largest stadiums in the world, the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Ten women’s teams will play in 23 games from February 21 to March 8, with the reigning champions, Australia, to face India in the first match in Sydney.
