Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Deepsea Blue Variant, New S Pen Features, Wireless Charger Duo Leaked

The unpacked Samsung press conference is scheduled to take place at the Barclays Center on August 9, and before the release of the Galaxy Note 9, the leaks are increasing in pace. The big announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is foreseen, and the new leaks give us more information about a new variant of color. A leaked document also confirms that the Galaxy Note 9 will have a 4000 mAh battery, and the leaked posters from South Korea indicate that the company is already preparing pre-orders. New S Pen features have also been leaked, courtesy of the Galaxy Tab S4 firmware and, finally, a new wireless charger retail box that claims to have the ability to load two Qi-enabled devices and a Galaxy watch has also been leaked.

Starting with the color variants of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, a Deepsea Blue or Coral Blue color variant has been filtered in the designs, courtesy of MySmartPrice. A Lilac Purple variant that shows the device from all angles was also filtered. Other color variants that are expected to be released on August 9 include: black, gray, blue, purple and brown. You can consult the Deepsea Blue color variant in the previously published render.

This render also shows that the front looks a lot like the Galaxy Note 8, and the only notable changes are in the back. We can see the dual cameras stacked horizontally together with the flash on the side, inside a rectangular ring. There is also a fingerprint sensor that is located under the sensors, but is strangely close to the camera’s configuration. This blue processing corroborates with all photos of phones filtered in the past.

A leaked document, shared by SlashLeaks, of the National Telecommunications Agency in Brazil indicates that the Galaxy Note 9 will have a 4000mAh battery. This smartphone will also presumably support fast charging, possibly support Quick Charge 4.0. Councilor Roland Quandt has also leaked a new wireless charger box, which indicates that Samsung will also introduce a new wireless charging platform at the event. Called the Wireless Charger Duo, this new Samsung device is expected to charge two compatible smartphones with Qi and a Galaxy watch, another product that is expected to launch on August 9. You can see the packaging box in the image below. More details about this product will be known at the launch.

Coming to S Pen, we already know that some great changes are incoming, probably to compensate for the small update, which Note 9 is now looking to be. The developers of XDA discovered new features of the S Pen through a disassembly of the AirCommand application (version 3.0) of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 firmware. It is expected that these features will reach the rumored Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, and presumably to Note 9 as well. As we already know, the S Pen is expected to be Bluetooth enabled, and this will bring new reported capabilities such as the shutter of a remote camera, you can control the music, remotely unlock the Galaxy Note 9 when the S Pen is out, AirCommand extended integration and other multiple functions of simple pulsation and long press that can be customized according to the preferences of the users.

The rumored specifications of Samsung Galaxy Note 9 include a QHD + Super AMOLED Infinity 6.4-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18.5: 9. The smartphone could work with the next Exynos 9820 internal SoC, along with up to 8 GB of RAM and Up to 512 GB of internal storage. Most likely there is a double camera configuration on the back, with unknown primary and secondary sensor specification.
