Three years after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s project, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, was launched, the movement will become somewhat larger. PM Modi is reaching out to celebrities and inviting them to become part of Swachhata Hi Seva, a campaign that will “encourage widespread support and participation in clean-up initiatives across India” in the days leading up to the anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth.
Anushka Sharma was one of the celebrities he came to, and the actor took to Twitter to announce his association with the campaign. Along with the photo of the letter, he wrote: “Happy Birthday to our honorable PM @narendramodi ji Thank you Sir for inviting us to join the #SwachhataHiSeva movement. I am honored to be part of the #SwachhBharat campaign and will do my best for the #SwachhataHiSeva noble initiative. ”
In front of work, Anushka was last seen on the big screen at imtiaz ali Jab Harry Met Sejal. He is currently working on his production, Pari, which will also star.
